310 Forms and Instructions

 

Most applications require a site inspection with Bitterroot Conservation District and Fish, Wildlife, and Parks representatives. All applications must be submitted to the district office at least two weeks prior to the district meeting. (Meetings are on the second and the last Tuesday of each month.)

The following 310 Forms are provided in both Microsoft Word document and Adobe PDF format for your assistance. The Joint Application Form – PDF is a fillable form. Applications may be mailed, dropped off in person, or emailed.

Additional Montana Stream Permitting Information:

Often, additional permits other than a 310 permit may be required for stream projects. Learn more about stream permitting in Montana here.
