The Bitterroot Conservation District in cooperation with Teller Wildlife Refuge has a No-Till Drill and equipment trailer available to rent in Ravalli County. The Drill is housed at Teller Wildlife Refuge

HOW TO RENT

Read & Watch

Read and understand all of the required material below. Watch the required demonstration videos to learn how to properly operate the equipment and safely unload and load it on the trailer.

Reserve & Complete Lease agreement

Reserve the drill below by checking the availability on the calendar and submitting the form. Read, understand and agree to the lease agreement.

Pay Deposit & Pick up

After you submit the reservation form below you will receive an email from Teller Wildlife Refuge with an Invoice. It may take up to 48 hours to receive the invoice. If you do not receive it, please contact karen@tellerwildlife.org  pay the invoice and pick the drill up at the refuge.

ABOUT THE RENTAL

  • Deposit: $500 deposit by check or credit card on all rentals
  • Rate: $150/day
  • 1-day rentals must not exceed 24 hours
  • Reservations over the weekend will be charged for a minimum of two days; holiday weekends (where
    the office is closed on Monday or Friday) will be for a minimum of three days
  • No cost to cancel a reservation at least 48 hours in advance
  • Lessee is required to provide proof of automobile insurance at the time of rental. Lessee’s insurance will provide primary property damage and liability coverages for the equipment during the rental period.

ABOUT THE DRILL

  •  Remlinger 2300 No-Till Drill
  • 7′ 6″ wide, Row spacing can be adjusted to any width Up to 7 1/2″
  • Tractor requirements: minimum 40-hp weighing over 3,000 lbs. with universal hydraulic ports
  • Trailer and drill must be hauled by a truck with 6,500+ lbs. towing capacit
  • Trailer connects with a 2 5/16” ball hitch provided at the time of rental, if needed
  • Towing vehicle must have 6-way round connector socket (standard pigtail) for trailer wire harness

LOCATION AND HOURS

  •  The drill is located at Teller Wildlife Refuge 1288 Eastside Hwy, Corvallis
  •  Hours:
    • All pick-up and returns must be pre-scheduled
      • Normal office hours are Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
      • All rentals will be scheduled with morning pick-up and return times to accommodate staff scheduling, unless otherwise approved [Ex: 8am – 8am (24hrs) for a 1-day rental
  • Allow an hour for pick-up
  • Allow for cleaning time before returning
